通过使用IM-Workflow的“工作流参数”功能，可以以Tenant为单位隐藏。

〇批量处理
通过将工作流参数中的“lump-processing”设置为“false”，
可以禁用（隐藏）“案件列表”>“未处理”的批量处理功能。

〇 批量确认
通过将工作流参数中的“lump-confirm”设置为“false”，
可以禁用（隐藏）“案件列表”>“未确认（完成案件）”以及“案件列表”>“参照（未完成案件）”的批量确认功能。

可以使用以下步骤设置工作流参数。
而且，该操作只能由工作流系统管理员执行。

(1) 点击“网站地图”→“工作流”→“工作流管理员”→“工作流参数”。
(2) 更改要更改的项目的值。
(3) 点击“编辑”。出现确认对话框时，点击“确定”。
