虽然到2013 Winter为止，可以从Tenant管理员页面将密码提示设置为无效，但是，由于2014 Spring及之后版本进行的是虚拟Tenant处理，因此变成了在配置文件中进行有效/无效的设置。
2014 Spring及之后版本在登录前不能解决Tenant的问题，所以无法确定Tenant并将密码提示设置为无效。
因此，密码提示的有效/无效的设置不是以Tenant为单位，而是系统全体的设置。
